Voices Strong LLC – Terms & Conditions for 1:1 Sessions
Welcome! Before booking, please read these Terms & Conditions. By booking a session with Voices Strong LLC, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
- Sessions are facilitated 1:1 support.
- This is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Voices Strong LLC does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat mental health conditions.
- Sessions are intended for reflection, skill-building, and personal growth.
2. Scope & Boundaries
- Sessions are scheduled for a set time and focus on your goals, challenges, and reflections.
- Sessions do not include emergency intervention or crisis management.
- Voices Strong LLC reserves the right to pause or end sessions if boundaries are violated, or if needs exceed the scope of the service.
- You are encouraged to seek professional help for urgent or serious mental health needs.
3. Crisis Disclaimer
- Voices Strong LLC is not equipped for emergencies.
- If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency services immediately (for the U.S., dial 988 for mental health crisis).
- Sessions may be paused or terminated if a crisis arises.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full session fee still applies.
5. Confidentiality
- Sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. This includes:
- Imminent risk of harm to self or others
- Suspected abuse of a minor
- Legal obligation (court order, subpoena, etc.)
- Confidentiality applies only to the content of sessions, not to interactions outside of sessions (e.g., social media or group discussions you participate in elsewhere).
6. Right to Refuse or End Services
- Voices Strong LLC reserves the right to decline services or terminate sessions at any time.
- If your needs exceed the scope of these sessions, you may be referred to other professionals or resources.
7. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the nature and scope of the services offered
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
- You accept the cancellation and payment policies
